RESERVATION METHOD:
The Hotel understands that all reservations will be made, modified or canceled by the individuals by calling Omni Reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI and, in either case, referring to the group and meeting name. Reservations can also be made, modified, or canceled by the individuals by logging onto their customized Group Web Page. The Meeting Planner will work with the Hotels Group Housing Coordinator (GHC) with customizing their own group web page. The GHC will send the link to the Meeting Planner in an email to begin the reservation procedure for Group Attendees. All group attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges. All reservations guaranteed to the master account and fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and a charge of one nights room and tax will be posted to the individual Attendee’s credit card on file.
